Chaffinch bokfinkAfter yet more snow today was spent skiing and suchlike with the family. However, as this is Øygarden there were also some good incidental birds. The first Goldfinch stillits of the year allowed close approach despite dog, children and skis - but without camera!
At Hjelme about four Jays nøtteskrike were seen - a very localised species in Øygarden and not that easy to see in the area.
