Female Pochard taffelandFirst bird I saw from the living room window was a female Pochard taffeland on Husvatnet.
Needless to say this promted a walk around the reserve where a Chiff-chaff gransanger sang and there were obviously a lot more birds in today. Plenty of Wheatear steinskvett today, a few Tufted Duck toppand on Rotevatnet, a small flock of Golden Plover heilo and a Swallow låvesvale.
